I wonder if the Anvil 10 Qt Mixer is a mixer quality?

Please compare the quality to Hobart.

Both mixers are high-quality used by professional chefs worldwide.
For personal use, I suggest you make a Kitchen Aid mixer. For commercial use I would go with high Hobart except that for service if you need it.
Hobart dealers are much more available than Anvil
