Black And Decker Infrawave

Black And Decker InfrawaveBlack & Decker Infrawave Oven: two base units are not working?

I bought a Black & Decker Infrawave Speed Oven and substantive elements 2 are not nearly as bright as the top light. Is this normal? Nothing in the manual says they should, but I wonder.

Sometimes, the substantive elements of drops are dirty and others.
This will eventually burn, but until then, it will not be as bright or hot.
Is it an old model?
The elements will burn in time.
I want to buy an oven thermometer to make sure your temperature is accurate.
Otherwise, the food will not cook evenly and thoroughly.
