Bosch Bread Machine

Bosch Bread MachineThis makes better bread, Hobart 10 QT or wizard Electrolux?

I just started my flour milling, and I would be able to make several loaves at a time. Right now I use my kitchen aid-325 watts, or my bread machine to knead the dough. However, I can only make 1-2 loaves with these machines. I think it would be a useful expenditure of buying a bigger, stronger mixer, anyone advice? Oh, I also believe in a universal Bosch.

On Hobart is certainly a good investment, but make sure you have a very robust separate stand for it. It will really tear your counters, and shake everything off.

PS ... You can usually find those used in restaurant equipment stores

I am a professional baker in my experience Hobart mixers United Nations are the most fragile type of mixer for bread is spiral, but if a Hobart mixer etc. planatary say are in your price range is the best string engine without planatery those belt slip belt drive and damage the gears and stuff all my advice if you want, 3-4 loaves at a time is Hobart but go around these days, there are many options important thing to remember is not the chain belt for dough

The Hobart 10 qt is the best, its expensive but worth every penny. In addition, they have a great service department. If you ever have any problems (I never) they will come back and fix it for you! Not having to drag it back to where you bought it or send it to their place of repair
