Bread Baking ClassesFocaccia bread topping recipe college cooking class?

For my class, we have cooking for a single Focaccia bread taste great. I have the actual bread recipe, but I found millions for toppings. I need help to know which is the most unique, but also taste better. PLEASE HELP!
