Breville Espresso Machine

I just got a Breville espresso machine for my birthday and I do not know how to start. I cleaned, I put fresh water in the cold water tank and when I turned on the machine, I waited for the light to turn off the heating. When the light was switched off heating I switched the machine on standby for espresso and all I've been a big noise, but no water coming out. Can anyone help?

Does it have a removable water tank?
unless it is probably the problem, you have a bubble of air between the water reservoir and brewing components. jiggle a little tank to ensure that the connection is secure and try again. noise shoud go.
If not or your machine does not have a removable tank Breville call customer service online is a fairly common problem with new machines.
