Broiler Pan

Broiler PanBroiler Pan?

I just got one and have no idea what to cook on it, can I get ideas, I have a little meat and its "Tender Beef Chuck series" Can I cook it subject? and how do I do?

usually when i cook steak it becomes really soft and rubbery ...

Lightly salt each side of steak with kosher salt, which will help seal in the juices. Then cook in the boiler until doneness you like, well done should be about 5 minutes, then turn and cook another 5 minutes. Rubbery means you are using the tough meat or overcook the meat dries out.

Make your steaks in the pan with the flesh he becomes like the grill!
You can use the meat on the grill pan-chicken breasts, pork chops, fish-all
