Does anyone have recipes for hot chocolate to use with the Cocomotion? Mr. Coffee ®
"Pour the milk into the tank Cocomotion ®. Add the cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Press the button."
Cocomotion Truffles
* 2 cups Cocomotion New Morning
¼ cup chopped dried fruit * (try apricots, dates or raisins)
* 2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ * cup honey or maple syrup
* ½ c. teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coatings (optional):
* Crushed Cocomotion
* Crushed Almonds
* Chocolate chips melted
* Place Cocomotion and dried fruit in a large bowl. Heat the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and cinnamon on the stove or in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Pour the mixture of peanut butter on cereals. Mix with a wooden spoon, until cereal is coated. Cover a large sheet of parchment paper. Using slightly moistened hands or disposable gloves, mix cereal shaped balls tablespoon size, pressing gently to link together. Place balls on waxed paper and refrigerate for 1 hour. For coatings: crush desired coating and place them in a plastic bag. Add bullets, two at a time and shake to coat. Or, melt chocolate chips in microwave or bain-marie. Drop balls into chocolate and roll to coat; balls waxed paper transfer. Refrigerate until set briefly .* Makes 2 dozen.
Mocha Latte
To do this, I used 1 1 / 2 cups double strength coffee, milk ff 1 1 / 2 cups, 2 Tb cocoa 1 tsp vanilla tea extract, and sweetener (equivalent to about 2 TB of sugar). Very tasty - rich chocolate flavor and good. I really like the taste of coffee, I think I'd be even better if it had more the taste of coffee. Perhaps espresso powder instead of coffee?
