Commercial Microwave

I own an office building which has rest rooms that require microwave, the microwave I was buying residential not last too long. We need some that work well for a long time, but we would spend less money, but we try to be as "green" as possible. What is the difference between the microwave and other business? Is it worth the price? Any suggestions for microwave either commercial or residential worked long?
