If it is a good, you should save electricity, is the current, not the voltage that you like.
But the big convection oven is probably more effective and tight (less loss of heat), but it has a large volume to be heated.
If it's just grilling I like to use a toaster or toaster, if it is to heat food, I like to use a microwave if it's for baking, the oven convection.
I use a grill too, since the gas is relatively inexpensive.

Wall ovens are connected to a 220V. Convection ovens use a 110v. You always save electricity when you use a 110 to a 220

A little. A small oven has less volume to heat and a convection oven is a fan to push the power of heat around some.
