Meatloaf MICROWAVE easy in a BAG ground beef 1 1 / 2 lbs Mix beef with stuffing mix, water, egg, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Mix well and shape mixture into a loaf. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Serve over ice cream, pound cake or angel cake. Makes 2 cups. To microwave: In a microwaveable bowl-proof, put the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and milk.
