The one I have is Teflon, which broke loose and all it takes. The more I am aware of the dangers to health that yields teflon when heated, so want to keep away from him. Ideas? Honestly, save your money and just use a regular non-stick skillet and a brick wrapped in aluminum. Works equally well if not better:)
