Stripped tiramisu. HELP? The recipe is below, but I'll tell you my first problem toutesPour make it easier. I tried this recipe and it seems that it would not work at first. The mascarpone mixture is very watery and I'm sure it should not be regarded as sticky. I made the tiramisu with eggs (recipe without eggs Gordon) and mascarpone was like a fluffy frosting, it was spread. This recipe comes dripping from my spoon.
When I mix the mascarpone, vanilla and brandy, I discovered that the tank that I bought only had 8 oz mascarpone everything in the recipe by about 8.8 ounces I did it anyway, but when I added 1 tsp teaspoon vanilla, coffee 1.7 oz, and 4 c. tablespoons of brandy and mix with a fork, it seemed he had cottage cheese bits in it. I do not know if I used the electric mixer because it says to fry the ingredients until combined.
I replaced "cream shop" for Half-n. I just looked online and said it was like half n half, so I went with it.
The recipe says to fold in the mascarpone, but it has been fixed. It was water. There was no way I was going to spoon into serving dishes soup tiramisu ... In a last effort I tried to stick everything into the blender and blend on high reflection, it might swell a bit like whipping cream does, but no luck.
Anyone know what I did wrong? Maybe I had my false steps?
Here is the recipe of Gordon Ramsay (I added the conversions of low-.. They are all rounded)

* 1 teaspoon vanilla tea extract

* 150ml single cream
* 4 v. tablespoon sugar
* 16 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
* Bar 70% of frozen chocolate
* Cocoa powder, to dust
Method: How easy tiramisu
1. Whisk the mascarpone with the vanilla and Marsala and 50ml (1 / 5 C, 1.7 ounces, 0.11 quarts) of coffee, until everything is well blended. Whip cream with sugar until smooth, then fold into the mascarpone mixture
2. Pour the remaining coffee in a bowl (sweeten with sugar icing, if you want). Take one sponge finger at a time and dip it in coffee. Set it to one side and continue with remaining cookies
3. Line 4 serving glasses with 4 sponge fingers, breaking them in half if you need. Pour the mascarpone mixture until you reach the top of the glass. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
4. Remove the tiramisu in the refrigerator. Take the frozen chocolate bar and grate a little chocolate on top of each Tiramisu. Finally, dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Hello there, why make things harder than they seem. Here in Italy, I make my tiramisu this way:
First make your coffee with sugar and let cool add your brandy or rum.
then 4 egg yolks and beat with 4 tablespoons sugar until fluffy, then add your mascarpone cheese by mixing it with the mixer, but very slowly until creamy.
Ok now you're ready to compose your tiramisu
dip your biscuits in the towel in the coffee and make a layer, then add a little of your cream, sponge biscuits again you plunge into the cafe and your new layer of mascarpone and so on .. finish with the level layer mascapone It Out and sprinkle with cocoa powder. firdge put in for several hours and theres mascarpone your loan. i sometimes do the day before, because it more palatable. hope you enjoy this recipe ..
It can be something that you do. Sometimes we just find recipes that do not work bad. Perhaps because of typos or other luck. Therefore W.
