Food Processor Ratings

Food Processor RatingsGood processor for homemade baby food? "

My boy is almost 6 months and I am determined to make her baby food myself. I'm curious to food processing mills or what to buy and there is good value. I do not want to spend a lot or who have something really huge because there is not a ton of storage space. Target has a mini food processor for about $ 21 that looked good by Black & Decker, but it got really low scores when I looked on Amazon. Ideas?

IM planning on using my Magic Bullet. But I read in cookbooks baby food blender usually work very well.

My magic formula has been great for that, you can adjust the lumpy or smooth, the food is as he or she grows.

The plant has Kidco baby food for about 20 years and is a better choice than the food processor. No batteries, no electricity, phones. $ 11 on Amazon.com, but I know it is sold at Babies R Us Another option is a hand blender, even if it does not handle very well with meat. If you only want to make small quantities of new each time they are your best options.

For larger quantities, just use your blender. Works better than those who just rip miniprocessors your orders in large pieces.

I'm glad to hear other people on the Magic Bullet. We wanted something for my uncle who is to have many of his teeth extracted for dentures. It is into gadgets and a mixer is just too ho hum for him.

In historical FYI, my late grandmother told me that taking baby food puree was the main selling point of mixers when they are released in the 30s.

Hi Hun, I have a blender I picked up my local grocery store, it was like $ 10 lol, and small and easy to clean and does the job. I boil and steam food, put it in a pot, and mix away! it only takes 30 seconds to make the puree:) Once bub is more food lumpia, you can just run a wire whisk or fork, food steamed:)

This is a link to one like mine:)

You do not need a food processor, really. You can put steam or soft food in a ziplock bag and then just mash on it with a spoon or a rolling pin. If you really think you need something, so any old processor or blender (I used) will do, you do not need anything fancy.
