Where can I go to the store and buy a toaster Haier Chicago? I do not want to buy online. The toaster specific I'm looking for is TST850DS Haier. Thank you!

Haier is a company in China producing for years been under different names. I can not speak for Chicago, but in South Florida, we have supermarkets that sell like Brandsmart devices that young and old in a superstore. You can contact their customer service and ask where to buy.
