Kitchenaid 4.5 Quart Mixer

Kitchenaid 4.5 Quart MixerWhat is the best drummer for grinding meat?

I want to correct my own ground beef and saw a 4.5 quarts mixer on sale for $ 200.00 and has about 250 watts. My question is, will it be enough to shred the meat? Can anyone tell me what their experience is with these mixers when it comes to tasks like this?

The only difference that one (classic) and the other is power. simply means that you'll have to go slower. This works very well. We currently have the Pro model. Make our own ground meats. And I push the sausage. Enjoy

So he has a chopper available for this, it will be fine.

You will find that most KitchenAid mixers have separated these attachments you can buy.
