Kitchenaid Pasta Roller Attachment

When I put my mixer pasta roller, there was a bit of dough that was released in black. Is there a way to clean my rope, without using flour? Also, when I'm riding my pasta, there are still some bits that enter the electric wheelchairs. Is there an easy way out or prevent it?

Maybe you could try running a slice of bread through it.
