La Pavoni Espresso Machine

I plan to sell espresso at my store deli and I just bought the espresso machine and grinder Pavoni, it is used, he bought eBay listing, it looks good, it 's is not yet installed, my question is whether anyone out there who has had experience with this brand please let me know how this works and is also quite easy for me the install or qwould it wiser to have someone else install it. It is 2 Group Espresso Machine PUB 2, is there a particular softerner water works best for this or can I use whatever is available. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
