Mukka Express

Mukka ExpressHow to clean a Bialetti Mukka Express?

I have a Bialetti Brikka, but it should probably be treated the same way as a Mukka Express. What is the correct way to clean it? Thinkgs I heard as "do not use soap, simply rinse or wash any part ...." I want to clean the right way, because I think some parts are not supposed to be washed achieve greater flavor or something. So what is the right way??

If this is a regular stove top espresso machine, simply remove and clean with soap and water. I would not put in the dishwasher. Just take the part you put in the espresso, and the part with water and wash with hot soapy water as you would anything else. My family and I used Stove Top espresso makers for years and years and is the only way we can wash them without any problems! Even my family in Sicily clean this way.

We take them apart when they are cool enough to handle, drain and rinse any residue left everything clean and very good. You want to make sure you clean them or you'll have a white residue that is inside. It accumulates in the bottom where the water goes. Make sure to clean this part very, very good or you get like white spots on a film there. Even with the above. Just clean the pot the same way as any other pot that you cook in. apart and use soapy water and warm very good and clean well, then let it dry or you can dry with a towel.

I do not know why anyone tell you that it affects the taste, as long as you clean and rinse thoroughly, it should go, we used the same for years and never ever had any problems is just a matter of ensuring that you clean thoroughly and rinse and dry! Otherwise, you get this movie and you can not miss it when you get it, but do not worry if you do get it, just wash well and it goes out! I would not put it in the dishwasher though. Of all the years my family and I had ours, we never put them in the dishwasher. I know it can sometimes be a pain because it is the part that you pull the top and bottom of the pot, but it will last longer and be much better if you wash it by hand.

I do not worry, if the manufacturer has the stainless steel stove top and bottom that you screw apart and there is a piece that looks like a funnel that takes the espresso itself, you can wash it! If you have any doubts, you can call the company and ask them! They will be more than happy to talk, they were still there and will have no problem talking to you!

I hope this helps! Enjoy your espresso!
