No Carb Bread

No Carb BreadDoes anyone know about the bread recipe low carb??

One of my friends in my company wants to bake bread, low carb, so for it had a recipe I found somewhere that was not acceptable. In this recipe they said to use honey instead of sugar for fermentation. But does't that make no sense to me b coz even honey is a high source of fructose, which is nothing but another form of glucose, I think. So could u please suggest something it can use as a sugar substitute. She asked if she could use the artificial sugar that I do not think it's any kind of sugar that we can use for the fermentation process. So I told him not for that too. But my belief is that, during fermentation while sugar turns into alcohol that can be removed by firing high due to the volatile nature of alcohol. Just for ur info it does not even want his product in alcohol for several reasons. if someone could suggest me anything or where I can find this recipe?? .... Thank you

While we do Low Carb, we lack a slice of bread or the ability to make a sandwich at work. This allows us the freedom to do exactly that. * The sugar is totally consumed by the yeast and does not contribute to the count carbohydrates. This bread is about 4 grams of carbohydrates per slice.

4 c. tsp bread machine yeast
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 1 / 4 cups water (90-100 ° F)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 / 4 c. teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar substitute Splenda
1 cup flour, vital wheat gluten
1 / 4 cup oatmeal
3 / 4 cup soy flour
1 / 4 cup flaxseed
1 / 4 cup unprocessed wheat bran
Add Facilities
Sunflower seeds 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons flaxseed
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Add Rye
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 / 2 cup dark rye flour (instead of flour 1 / 4 cup oatmeal and use 1 / 2 cup soy flour instead of 3 / 4 cup)

In bread machine pan, put water, oil and sugar.
In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients and seeds, if you use them, with the exception of yeast and yeast.
Stir well.
Exit appoximately 1 / 4 cup.
Add remaining dry ingredients in pan.
Stir the reserved cup quarter of the dry ingredients with yeast and yeast.
Pour into loaf pan from the machine.
On our machine, we use the cycle of three hours of cooking.
After 55 minutes, gently lift the dough and remove the pallet and place the dough in the machine.
This way, you will not have such a big hole in your bread.
If you do so on the cycle of 80 minutes, remove the blade after 30 minutes.
Cool.
Place in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
This slice bread looks better when it is sunny and cold.
Makes great toast.
This bread is a bit more "spongy in texture than ordinary bread.

I'm not sure how Splenda could work. It is derived from sugar.

If she does not want alcohol, then it could make a flat-bread. I do not know of anything that could cause the bread to rise, which would not create alcohol. However, you are right that some of the alcohol burn.

Have you checked foodnetwork.com?

Sorry I could not be more help.

I do not know where you are, but in the stores here, they have flour low carb and there is a recipe on the bag. just the regular grocery store I go to Winn Dixie and it is there. I used Splenda and Sweet & Low, both in cooking just to reduce the amount because it is sweeter than regular sugar many! Good luck!
