Has anyone adapted one of the other recipes successfully or that I must hand it to the store and get the 255? I researched, but Panasonic said in the blurb that the only difference in the two machines has been the distributor of grapes! He's good white bread and gluten-free, so why not spelled, I wonder. I found this site that you could give it a whirl. I managed to adapt some recipes. Use the setting for the basic bread. Happy to help. If you still have trouble finding the white Spelt flour, try the link. There should be a recipe on the side of the package of flour Spelt. If not, just do what I did. I replaced half the white flour strong flour for bread Spelt and was very nice. I finally replaced the flour with strong white flour Spelt and it was beautiful. It will not though, he eats in 1-2 days. Hmm, I thought a 254 is a Panasonic DVD player. Posted on June 24, 2010.
