Side Dish RecipesWhat are some pumpkin recipes easy side dish?

We have a pumpkin for Halloween leftovers that we forgot to carve, and I have no idea what to do with it! Does anyone know of a few simple recipes dish? I remember a recipe where you cut the pumpkin into small pieces, and then you cook it with milk? Does anyone know a recipe like that? While any simple recipe would be perfect!

Pumpkin Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3 / 4 cup white sugar
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup pumpkin
1 / 4 cup water
1 tsp teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs

MODE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or two 9 molds cake inches.
In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin, water, cinnamon and eggs. Beat until well blended. Transfer to baking dish or cake pans.
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes.

Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS
3 cups canned pumpkin puree
vegetable oil 1 1 / 2 cups
4 cups white sugar
6 eggs
4 3 / 4 cups all purpose flour
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon baking powder
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon baking soda
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon salt
ground cinnamon 1 1 / 2 c. Tea
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1 / 2 tsp teaspoon ground cloves

MODE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, stir together pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; incorporate the pumpkin mixture and mix well. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The top of the loaf should bounce back when lightly.
