Wheat Flour Bread

Wheat Flour BreadCan I use wheat germ and flour to wheat bread instead of whole wheat flour?

I am an experienced cook, but the bread baker novice. I'm just looking for a simple recipe for whole wheat bread for my bread machine that does not need to have the whole wheat flour and gluten in the house besides the bread flour that I earlier. If you have a good recipe, please post!

Yep, just be sure to put and keep the seeds in the freezer after use. The vitamins are soluble in oil and become rancid. Freezing allows longevity here.

Use about 1 / 2 c seeds for 3 c flour. This should lead to a satisfactory outcome. You may have to reduce the total requested by subing flour flour with the same amount of germs. good way to add vitamin E and some bulk to food. Hooray for U.
