Zarafina Tea Maker

I have and it works fine, except for some white teas makes it bitter. Does anyone know what the temperature parameters are for different types of tea? I put on "white tea", but I figure must be either too hot or too long tempering. He soaked for 5-8 minutes. It is a very good product but I wish you could take your temperature and time.
