I bought this coffee maker is based primarily on the comments, and I regret ever! Among the gargoyles pivoting arm separate / removable cap, which must be removed for the preparation, but also thermal insulation and cover screw drive (which itself paid) should be discontinued. Still very disappointed because I had a coffee, one fifth of the price of it, lasted five times longer!

Well BEAR does not work!
We had this coffeemaker for a year while 2x coffee brewing day and he simply refused to stir up one morning and never load. Also, if you make more than 8 cups of coffee it overflows everywhere CREATION OF A LIQUID MESS on your counter. Stick with Cuisinart or another well known brand that would Macy's.
Not to mention this product is poorly constructed and feels cheap.
